TMZ is reporting that Britney Spears has been released from Cedars Sinai hospital.
Brit's checkout comes following a morning in which she allegedly pitched a fit, screaming at hospital employees and pulling her IV out.
The hospital had been holding Spears under a 5150, an order which would ordinarily result in Britney being locked down for three days. The site reports, however, that in Britney's case, Cedars Sinai released her early after determining that she wasn't a danger to herself.
