In fact, E! obtained the exclusive photos of Britney from the shoot; inside an elevator wearing a grey hoodie, getting her makeup put on, and workin' the moves! You'll see those photos on E! Monday. But right now we can tell you what some of those moves are. She kicks the walls, and at one point screams into the camera. Confirmed: Britney Making Video-Cameo In Madonna's World Tour!

Rumors have been swirling these last several days as to whether or not Britney would appear in a video for Madonna's "Sticky & Sweet" world tour. In a statement to Access Hollywood, Larry Rudolph CONFIRMED the news saying: "Britney's doing a video piece this week for Madonna’s new tour." Darkchild Confirmed For 6th Studio Album

Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, producer of Lonley,, Overprotected Darkchild Remix, & I Love Rock N' Roll, has signed on to work on Britney's 6th studio album according to rap-up.com.


Confirmed producers for the album thus far: Danja, Sean Garrett, JR Rotem, Guy Sigsworth, Damon Elliott, and Dallas Austin.

Kevin Still After Sole Custody

Kevin Federline wants Britney Spears to once again play a major role in their children's lives. Just not a bigger role than his.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, spoke exclusively to E! News in the wake of Thursday's all-day mediation session, in which both sides were seeking to hash out a custody agreement in advance of an August trial.

"Kevin is seeking to maintain the sole legal and physical custody that he presently has," Kaplan said. "There's nothing magical about 50-50. There's nothing magical about 60-40. What's magical is that whatever order is in place, it's the order that best suits the best interest of the children."

Which, ideally, would give the 30-year-old Federline full custody, simply making permanent the present temporary order.

"Kevin has had sole legal custody since January. He wants that to become the permanent order at trial, and the visitation to be consistent with what the court expanded it to this week."

Namely, allowing Spears, 26, overnight visitation with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, which will begin Saturday night. In addition to the sleepover, she is also allowed two day visits per week.

For his part, Kaplan said Federline is more than happy to give the stabilized Spears not only more custody rights but the ability to be "involved in their lives in a very substantial and meaningful way," and credits the conservatorship with her recent turnaround.

"He wants to have an order...that takes into account a certain stability and structure for the kids...regardless of whose house they happen to be in at any given moment.

"When the conservatorship was imposed, it brought a certain sense of structure and stability to an environment that seemed to be continually in flux. And in flux is not a description of what you want for a child's environment."

But while Thursday's mediation didn't result in any brokered accords—it would have been surprising if it had—it did get both parties started on the right path to like-mindedness.

"The mediation didn't result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August...The mood was comfortable, positive and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary."

As for what would call off this summer's planned court date...

"The trial in August is going to determine two primary issues," Kaplan said. "Custody and visitation, and attorneys' fees...In order to avoid the trial in all respects, there would have to be an agreement between the parties to resolve the attorneys' fees, and to put in place a custody arrangement that would carry forward...an expansion of the visitation.

"If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties, we would have an agreement and we wouldn't have to go to trial...But that didn't happen."

UPDATE--- 9:08 am PST: "Blair Berk, one of Britney's other attorneys, is currently speaking with the pop singer as she waits in the front row. Sounds like the conversation's going well, too - our reporter says she's smiling!

UPDATE--- 10:04 am PST: In what feels like the 10,000th hearing in the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline custody battle, the pop singer is making a rare court appearance this morning in her attempt to regain overnight visitations with her two sons.

According to case insiders, Britney had originally asked for an unscheduled, ex-parte hearing to ask that the court grant her the right to have little Sean Preston and Jayden James, who will turn 3- and 2-years-old respectively in September, spend the night at her home. Instead, the court scheduled today's hearing so Brit and her lawyer could "show cause" as to why she deserves these extended visits.

Brit-Brit, wearing a white, cap-sleeved cotton blouse, four-inch platform wedges, and khaki capri pants, arrived slightly before 8:30am PT, just in time for the hearing to begin. She was joined by her dad, Jamie Spears, his A-list lawyer Blair Berk. Also with the Spears entourage is Andrew Wallet, Jamie's court-appointed co-conservator of Britney's estate.

What was missing from the team on Brit's side of the courtroom was her own lawyer — Stacy Phillips, who OK! has confirmed has been fired by the pop star. In a bit of deja vu, attorney Laura Wasser, who had been removed from the case ages ago by Britney, is once again — at least temporarily — repping the singer.

"You can't keep track of this without a scorecard," a spokesperson for the court joked with OK! after hearing the news.

Wasser and K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, met with commissioner Scott Gordon for around an hour while Brit and her ex waited in holding rooms nearby. It is expected that there will be some announcement of what was discussed in the not-so-distant future.

Laura Wasser, Britney's newly re-appointed custody lawyer, has asked that the entire courtroom be cleared under family court order 214 which states:

UPDATE 10:00 AM PT --- Wasser is sitting by Britney. Brit's drinking from a water bottle, and K Daddy's there in a suit, sporting his usual mohawk. After the bathroom break, Britney and K-Fed were both sworn in by the clerk. When it was Brit's turn, the commish asked her to state her name and she just said, "Britney." The commish then said, "Full name, please." Then she replied Britney Spears. The Commish then granted a request to close the courtroom.

Britney and Maloof in Cahoots for New Album!

Vegas Means Business

Wonder why Britneywas in Las Vegas last week? It was rumored she was there to spend time with her dad Jamie for father's day, but reports now say she was there for business. TMZ re-affirms that Britney is in the early stages of recording a new CD in a post published today: "The album is being recorded at Maloof's Palms Casino in Las Vegas. Maloof is trying to extend his long arm into the music biz." Although there is recording in Vegas, Britney has been photographed heading into recording studios in L.A. more than 30 times this year.

Maloof, in a statement to People.com, has openly said he would like for Britney to perform at the Palms Hotel: "I'd love to have her here at the Pearl [Theater]. It would be great." Perhaps she's recording something for a 1-time Vegas special?

Britney is reportedly scheduled to work with Sean Garrett (produced "Toy Soldier," & "Kiss You All Over") in just 2 weeks. Also signed on for the 6th studio album are JR Rotem ("Everybody"), Danja ("Gimme More," "Break The Ice," "Get Back"), & Dallas Austin to name a few.Oh and someone give Keri Hilson a call!

It was a hectic week for the spears clan as Jamie Lynn gave birth to a healthy baby girl named Maddie Briann.

Jamie Lynn has entered Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, Ms at 4 a.m. today and delivered via C-section at approximately 8:30 a.m. (CST) The baby weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces. The father is Casey Aldridge. The baby's name is Maddie Briann.

Britney was seen at LAX wit her father, brother, assistant, and bodyguard - 18 June

- Britney hopped on the plane to be with Jamie Lynn when she gave birth.

Britney Might Win An EMMY!!!

After one all-too-brief season of Britney & Kevin: Chaotic, who would have ever thought that someday you might hear an awards presenter say, "And the Emmy goes to... Britney Spears"? Well, the pop star has come one step closer to making that into a reality with her inclusion on the ballot of possible Emmy nominees.

For her double-shot guest appearance as Abby on CBS hit How I Met Your Mother, Brit-Brit is one of 41 actresses on the official ballot released by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences to its voters. Keep in mind, this is the list that is whittled down to the final nominees for the September ceremony.

Other notable names also up for Academy consideration are Sarah Silverman for her guest shot on Monk; Mary-Kate Olsen, who won over many Weeds fans during her extended run as a pot-dealing Christian on the Showtime hit; Alyssa Milano for her role as Billie on My Name is Earl; and Scrubs star Sarah Chalke, who is on the ballot for guest-starring as Brit's boss on How I Met Your Mother.

We'll find out just how well Britney fared when the final nominees for this year's Emmys are announced later this summer.

Britney To Shoot "Radar" Video In London

Larry Rudolph, Britneys manager, confirmed, that she is shootin' "Radar" ir London.

"The theme for the music video is her and her girlfriends are going to be looking all around London trying to find a boy who she met in a club. Every time they think they have him its someone else. She will be behind the camera as much as possible, She wants to make sure it's exactly right".

The pop singer will head to England next week for the shoot.

Britney got to spend today with Sean & Jayden! Britney, dressed in a trendy blue summer dress, sporting a red Kabbalah band, played with her boys in a scheduled supervised visit all afternoon. The boys played in her backyard at her Summit home in Beverly Hills, and drove their toy Cadillac in the front yard. Larry Rudolph was there for a bit as well. Once the boys were picked up by Kevin's security, Britney spent time outside on her balcony reading Jack Canfield's "Key to Living the Law of Attraction: A Simple Guide to Creating the Life of Your Dreams," a self-help book: "This book is a simple 'how to' guide for using the Law of Attraction to create the life you desire. Within these pages, Canfield clearly explains not only what you need to know, but what you need to do in order to attract what you want in your life." Check it out at Amazon. All in all, a relaxing day for Brit!

Britney's Mothers Day!

After spending the day with her babies, Brit took her mum out to Dinner at "Sur". Glad to see these to getting on. Its all about the future baby! :) Cant wait to see what Brits got in store next!

8:00 am: The madness has already begun. There are dozens of photographers, a large crowd of reporters, police, even helicopters outside the court house. Britney is currently on her way with one of her lawyers for her big custody hearing. Britney plans on asking for more custody rights. The court hearing officially begins at 8:30 am.8:02 AM PT -- Britney just pulled in. She is in the passenger seat of a white Range Rover. No sign of K-Fed yet

UPDATE 8:05 AM PT -- Britney is in the house and she looks gooood. She's wearing a brown polka dot dress with a small sweater over top. She's not wearing sunglasses. She's with her mom, her dad and her lawyer, Blair Berk. A spy on scene says she looks "gorgeous." She's been escorted to a private room in the back.

UPDATE 8:30 AM PT -- K-Fed just pulled in. He was riding in the seat behind the driver in a black Range Rover.

UPDATE 8:56 AM PT -- Britney Spears is sitting in a private room at the court house, waiting for her case to be heard. The commish has other cases on his docket this AM -- and we hear Brit and company should be called around 9:30 AM.

UPDATE 9:02 AM PT -- The hearing started around 9:02 a.m. PST in room 831 of the Los Angeles County Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles.

UPDATE 9:38 AM PT -- Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have just entered the courtroom and their case is about to begin. Brit walked in with her hands clasped in front of her, looking down. Someone told her she looked good and Brit just smiled back. According to all accounts, "Brit looks good." UPDATE 10:05 AM PT -- Britney is look extremely well put-together, sitting in the second to last row, wearing a silk brown dress with white polka dots underneath a sweater.Kevin looked calm as he was sworn in, but our girl Britney is reportedly a bit nervous, When asked to state her name, she responded with just "Britney"! The judge then said "we need your full name, please", and Britney obliged. The courtroom has been cleared of press because the next part of the proceedings will review and address sensitive matters.

UPDATE 10:25 AM PT -- Court has taken a recess and Brit is out in the hall looking very upset. Our spy says that while Britney isn't actually crying in the hallway -- but it looks like she might have been crying in court.Jamie & Lynne Spears are still in the courtroom with Britney's attorney, as is K-Fed and all his people.

UPDATE 10:28 AM PT -- Brit is back in the courtroom.

UPDATE 11:52 AM PT -- Britney Spears and Kevin Federline (along with all their respective parties) are back in the courtroom after spending close to an hour in a private meeting room.Brit walked into the courtroom hand-in-hand with her mom Lynne. Could an amicable compromise be on the horizon?

UPDATE 12:06 PM PT -- The two sides are out of court and we're expecting both parties will have something to say. The hearing is done for the day -- no word yet on what went down.

12:15 PM PT -- K-Fed is outside talking to his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, looking "very animated." We asked Kevin if he was happy with the results and all he did was smile.

UPDATE 12:17 PM PT -- We're told Allan Parachini, director of public information for LA County courts, will address the media about a "modification in custody." Sounds like good news for Brit!

UPDATE 12:21 PM PT -- K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will address the media first.

UPDATE 12:40 PM PT - "A step going forward... We are pleased with the progress that seems to be occurring and cautiously are going down that track... Obviously it is something that is more than it has been. It's a step in the right direction... The order that was in place has remained in place with the exception that there has been some expansion of time. Other than that, nothing has been changed with respect to the on-going order."
